I confess I did not have high expectations when I booked this hotel as rating was relatively low. Chose it due to its convenient location. Upon arrival, reception promptly took care of the check in (and they were busy with group of people that arrived before me), and process was smooth and quick. I also got bracelet to enjoy non-alcoholic drinks and breakfast, lunch and dinner for free, which I did not expect, because it was not specifically mentioned in booking information, but it was a pleasant surprise. Room was big, bed was comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was very clean. What I have to praise is staff... every single employee of the hotel I came across was kind, smiling and catering to my needs. Way to go! I will definitely come back when I return to Tunisia!

The room (432) and the views were stunning. I was made to feel very welcome with hearty smiles every day. I look forward to returning in the future. … I have left gratuity of 250dn at the reception last night with Ali. Please kindly distribute among the staff. 10 Mr Fatah 40 front reception desk 40 restaurant 40 bar 40 thalasso (20 for Habib) 40 swimming 40 cleaning team on 4th floor … I love the name R-Zougah , I think I will keep it - shukran ! Breakfast was fine. There was a vast selection to chose from. From cooked breakfast or cereals, breads, croissants , jams meats and cheeses. Plentiful of drinks and juices . The staff were very hospitable , the hotel was in a great position close to beach and the town. If I come to this area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again . I enjoyed my time here . Thankyou to all for my pleasant stay .
